We are a financial research and analysis publication that provides quantitative scoring, trade ideas, market research, and portfolio tracking tools for options traders and income-focused investors.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information, including nonpublic personal information ("NPI") as defined under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ("GLBA"). This policy also addresses your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA/CPRA") and other applicable state privacy laws.

- Subscription and Billing Information: Payment details are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment card details on our servers. - Profile and Preferences: Any optional profile information, preferences, or settings you configure within the Platform.
- Communications: Information you provide when you contact us for support or submit feedback.

- Vendor Oversight: We evaluate the security practices of our third-party service providers and require them to maintain appropriate safeguards for user data.
Incident Response
We maintain an incident response plan to address potential data breaches. In the event of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any applicable regulatory authorities in accordance with federal and state notification requirements.
No system is 100% secure. While we implement commercially reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
